The St. Augustine community in Huntington Beach is a combination of two communities known as St. Augustine 1 and St. Augustine 2 in the Seacliff community. The two neighborhoods are located next to each other at the cross streets of Garfield and Peninsula Ln near the Seacliff golf course. This is a great location and approximately 4-5 blocks to the beach. Each of these communities has their own community pool and association amenities. Homeowners association dues currently run $200 for St. Augustine 1 and $205 for St. Augustine 2 community. We get a lot of phone calls for clients looking for senior communities here in Orange County, California.  One of the most popular senior communities in the north Orange County area is the Huntington Landmark Senior community.  The community has a lot to offer to it's residents with many neighborhood amenities and events.  Overall, these condos are very well priced compared to other real estate in the Huntington Beach area.  The community is a 24 hour gated neighborhood that features one to three bedroom condos.  The condos will average in size from 785 to 1287 square feet with a large majority of the condos for sale being one to two bedroom units.

Seacliff is one of my favorite communities in Huntington Beach for it's well manicured grounds and secure gated entrance as pictured below.  The community itself is not located right next to the beach but homes in this area still can have nice ocean views from the upper levels of the homes.  These are great multi-level homes that offer garage access on the ground level with living and bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd levels.  One of the best parts about these homes is that your front door opens to a nice grassy area with no site of your garage.  It makes a nice clean look and a beautiful place to look out your front doors and windows.
