The Fernhill subdivision in Huntington Beach is a small community of just 120 townhouses.  The location is near the beach off Warner ave that leads to the Pacific Ocean just south of the Huntington Harbour area.  These are attached single family residences that offers spacious rooms, exterior decks and attached 2 car garages.  The community is small but very nice and offers a solar heated pool, tennis courts and a nice clubhouse area.  Real Estate prices for the Fernhill community ranges between $529,000 to $579,000 for a two to three bedroom home.

The Azurene is an upscale community in the Brightwater neighborhood that offers upscale homes with views of the Pacific Ocean.  The Azurene neighborhood is one of the most expensive neighborhoods with home prices well above the $2 million dollar price point.  A new listing just came on the market two days ago in Azurene that featured five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,580 square feet of living space which is listed for $3,347,900.  The home was only on the market for 2 short days when it accepted an offer and it's currently in pending status.

The Boardwalk is one of the newest communities in the Seacliff Country Club area with a nice mixture of residential homes and condos.  This is an exclusive 24 hour guard gated community that is located one block to the beach in the Seacliff area.  Some of the top neighborhoods like Shoreline and Mystic Pointe can all be found within the Boardwalk gates.  Here is quick guide to these neighborhoods found in the Boardwalk.
