Huntington Beach has only one place where you can find condos located directly on the sand.  That place is known as "Huntington Pacific" located in the downtown Pier area.  The condos originate back to 1967 when Huntington Beach was much different and a lot smaller.  Since then, all buildings and residential properties have been built on the non-ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway with Huntington Pacific being the true place where you can walk out of the condo building and be directly on the sand.

As you can expect this part of sandy beach by the Pier is a hot spot for tourists and beach goers and is one of the best places to watch volleyball players practice.  Condos prices are more affordable than what most people would expect as condos prices

Buying a property under $200,000 by the beach is best found in the city of Huntington Beach. This large beach community has some of the best values for properties under this price point. Since single family homes start in the mid $400,000 your most likely to find condos under $200,000. Here is your guide to some condo buildings in this price range.

The Villa Warner condo building has one bedroom condos for sale under $200,000. The community features 256 units with one to two bedroom units for sale starting at $170,000. This is one of the few condo buildings that does allow for FHA buyers so this should be on your list.

Driving through the downtown section of Huntington Beach you will see many homes that line the main drag street known as "Pacific Coast Highway."  This original highway now is the main gateway through all the Huntington Beach areas and runs parallel with the sandy beach and Pacific Ocean.  Homes located on the east side of the highway will have direct ocean front views as the sandy beach is located on the east side.  This is truly unique to Huntington Beach for homes in Orange County and some of the best ocean and pier view homes and condos will be located on this street.

Faire Marin is a luxury gated community in the northeast section of Huntington Beach near the Huntington Harbour.  The homes were built in the Traditional home style and feature two story homes with large front and back yards.  The homes that face the water behind the gates in Farie Marin known are known as Harbour Cove water front homes and have views of Humbolt Island.  These water front residences are normally price over $1.8 million and offer a water front experience that are not located on an island.  This is one of the unique features of this community.

The Huntington Harbor is filled with many water front residences offer various views of neighboring islands and water views.  When looking for a residence that sits on the water front one of the most desirable locations is to find a home that has multi channel views.   The Huntington Harbor is made up of different channels that a boat can navigate through that eventually heads out to the Pacific Ocean.  Some of these channels can be very narrow as they connect with boat docks for many home and condo residents in the Harbour.  When these different channels intersect with each other you got a very large and open views of the Harbor (see picture below).
