One of the my favorite areas of Huntington Beach is located at the very southern border line adjacent to the city of Newport Beach. This area is so close to Newport Beach that the neighborhood decided to be called "Newport West" and offers some very nice one and two story homes. The large majority of homes found here tend to be smaller homes with a lot of recent sales for the 1,724 square feet floor plan that features three bedrooms and two and a half baths.
