Newport West New Construction Homes

One of the my favorite areas of Huntington Beach is located at the very southern border line adjacent to the city of Newport Beach. This area is so close to Newport Beach that the neighborhood decided to be called "Newport West" and offers some very nice one and two story homes. The large majority of homes found here tend to be smaller homes with a lot of recent sales for the 1,724 square feet floor plan that features three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Some of the most recent sold homes in the past couple of years are shown in this sales chart below to give you a better idea of what homes have been selling for here. Of course, some of the most exciting homes to come on the market are new construction properties which we have seen several come on the market in the past several years.
A great example of a new construction home is the newly listed home at 22211 Malibu Lane in Huntington Beach. The property is on the market for $4,999,000 and was newly constructed in 2022. It features a total of five bedrooms with five and a half baths with over 5,000 square feet of living space as estimated in our MLS. It's truly one of the best constructed properties I have seen come on the market and it comes complete with nice ocean views! One of my favorite parts to this house is the open concept of combining the living room and kitchen spaces with sliding La Cantina doors that open to the exterior patio. The kitchen is really amazing with huge Kitchen island, marble backsplash and top of the line appliances. It even comes with an elevator which is becoming a very sought after home feature. The quality of this home is head and shoulders above most of the homes I have seen in this community thus the higher price point. This home will truly be the prize of the neighborhood for many years to come.
