Huntington Beach is traditionally known for it's Spanish & Mediterranean as well as smaller beach bungalow style homes that were built along the coast.  One of the more rare architectural style homes to be found here in the mid-century style home.  Back in the 1960's the Deane Brothers built a smaller number of properties in this mid-century modern style with vaulted ceilings, lots of windows to let in the natural light and an open floor plan the combines the living, kitchen and dining room spaces.  The community of Deane Gardens is a perfect place to find these unique homes that are very reminiscent of this architectural style that was very popular during the 1950's and 1960's.  The Deane Gardens neighborhood features homes that were mainly built between

The Upper Seacliff community is a beach close neighborhood situated in the Huntington Seacliff area.  The Huntington Seacliff neighborhood is split into two sections which are commonly known as the Upper Seacliff and Lower Seacliff community.  The Lower Seacliff neighborhood is the closest to the Pacific Ocean with just a couple block radius to the beach.  The homes border the south side of the Seacliff Country Club golf course and located north of Palm Avenue in Huntington Beach.

The Ocean Colony gated community is located near the beach in Huntington Beach and is considered one of the most sought after neighborhoods.  The History of this community is very interesting and dates back to the late 1990's when some of the first homes were built.  The goal was to build large estate homes that average just under 4,000 square feet located right next to the beach.  The community was a large success with resale homes coming on the market well over the one million dollar price point.  The location is a close to the beach as you will find in Huntington Beach with an approximate 300 steps away with select properties offering wonderful ocean views.
