The Upper Seacliff community is a beach close neighborhood situated in the Huntington Seacliff area. The Huntington Seacliff neighborhood is split into two sections which are commonly known as the Upper Seacliff and Lower Seacliff community. The Lower Seacliff neighborhood is the closest to the Pacific Ocean with just a couple block radius to the beach. The homes border the south side of the Seacliff Country Club golf course and located north of Palm Avenue in Huntington Beach.
The Upper Seacliff area is located north of the Seacliff golf course and situate further away from the beach. Both communities are not located in a gated neighborhood since the surround the perimeter of the golf course. Real Estate prices tend to be about the same for both neighborhoods as they are based on the size and condition of the home. Expect to find older homes that were built in the 1970's that are often two levels and priced from the $900,000 range.
