Within the downtown area is a complex known as Townsquare Condos that offers a nice selection of residential condos that is located approximately 4 blocks to the beach. The area is well known for it's weekly Farmer's market that is held there every Tuesday night. The condos tend to be very well priced for a property located close to the beach.
