For those looking for a condo right at the beach it's hard to beat the ocean view condos located at the Pier Colony condo complex.  The building itself is located off Pacific Coast Highway and within steps to the sandy beach.  In Huntington Beach it's really hard to find a condo much closer to the sand then this prime location.  Some of the features of these condos include outdoor sitting deck areas, elevator access, open floor plans that combine the kitchen and living room spaces.

The Windbridge Huntington Beach community is a small neighborhood of 15 residential townhouses in the South Huntington Beach area.  These are town homes are located on three levels with vaulted ceilings and large three bedroom floor plans.  Centrally located between the 405 freeway and the beach is a quiet neighborhood where homes rarely come on the market.  In the last 4 years we have only seen 4 properties come up for sale and have ranged $374,999 to $529,000.  What makes these homes unique are the large square footages that average 1,800 square foot of living space.  They come with a two car attached garage, small courtyard and a Master Suite on the upper level.

Harbor Heights is a great town home community located just blocks to the Huntington Harbour and the sandy beach in the Northeast section of Huntington Beach, California.  These are moderate priced units that are often priced in the low $300,000 range.  One of the unique selling points about the condos located here is that they come in a variety of stories with one and two story units available.  The town homes were built in the early 1970's and offer surpringsly open floor plans with enclosed patios which is a huge selling point.
