We get a lot of phone calls for clients looking for senior communities here in Orange County, California. One of the most popular senior communities in the north Orange County area is the Huntington Landmark Senior community. The community has a lot to offer to it's residents with many neighborhood amenities and events. Overall, these condos are very well priced compared to other real estate in the Huntington Beach area. The community is a 24 hour gated neighborhood that features one to three bedroom condos. The condos will average in size from 785 to 1287 square feet with a large majority of the condos for sale being one to two bedroom units.
There is a community association when living here. Expect to pay around $400 a month for association dues which include trash, water, sewer and the following amenities: Large community pool & spa, fitness center, tennis, billiards room, wood work shop, library, shuffleboard court, fitness center and lots of classes and activities to keep you busy year around. Huntington Landmark also offers on site property management in the case you need to rent it out. Condo prices currently start at $275,000 and go as high as $465,000. A lot of the pricing has to do with the number of bedrooms and the level that the condo has been updated. There are always many condos to choose from so we recommend making an appointment for the day and touring as many condos as you can view to get the best idea if this community will work for you.
