Seacliff is one of my favorite communities in Huntington Beach for it's well manicured grounds and secure gated entrance as pictured below.  The community itself is not located right next to the beach but homes in this area still can have nice ocean views from the upper levels of the homes.  These are great multi-level homes that offer garage access on the ground level with living and bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd levels.  One of the best parts about these homes is that your front door opens to a nice grassy area with no site of your garage.  It makes a nice clean look and a beautiful place to look out your front doors and windows.

Ocean View homes are supringly very affordable when compared to other similar properties in the area.  Currently you will find two ocean view properties listed for sale for $675,000 and $719,000.  The less expensive property is a two bedroom with just under 2,000 square feet and the more expensive property is a three bedroom that is just over 2,000 square feet and just came on the market.  If you are considering buying an ocean view home in this price range the Seacliff community is worth a tour.  Below are the current ocean view homes in the Seacliff gated community.
