Huntington Beach has many new constructions homes that are currently being offered for sale.  3 brand new construction homes in the small community known as "Truewind" have recently just finished construction and offer great curb appeal homes.  In recent years, brand new communities like Brightwater and Pacific Shores have been built in Huntington Beach and offer a nice variety of single family homes and condos for those looking for new construction homes.  The Truewind community has recently been added to this list and offers large two story residences located near the 405 freeway.

For those looking for a condo right at the beach it's hard to beat the ocean view condos located at the Pier Colony condo complex.  The building itself is located off Pacific Coast Highway and within steps to the sandy beach.  In Huntington Beach it's really hard to find a condo much closer to the sand then this prime location.  Some of the features of these condos include outdoor sitting deck areas, elevator access, open floor plans that combine the kitchen and living room spaces.

The Windbridge Huntington Beach community is a small neighborhood of 15 residential townhouses in the South Huntington Beach area.  These are town homes are located on three levels with vaulted ceilings and large three bedroom floor plans.  Centrally located between the 405 freeway and the beach is a quiet neighborhood where homes rarely come on the market.  In the last 4 years we have only seen 4 properties come up for sale and have ranged $374,999 to $529,000.  What makes these homes unique are the large square footages that average 1,800 square foot of living space.  They come with a two car attached garage, small courtyard and a Master Suite on the upper level.

Harbor Heights is a great town home community located just blocks to the Huntington Harbour and the sandy beach in the Northeast section of Huntington Beach, California.  These are moderate priced units that are often priced in the low $300,000 range.  One of the unique selling points about the condos located here is that they come in a variety of stories with one and two story units available.  The town homes were built in the early 1970's and offer surpringsly open floor plans with enclosed patios which is a huge selling point.

Springhurst town homes are located west of the 405 and off Beach Blvd in Huntington Beach, California.  This is a smaller condo community that is home to 97 town home style units.  Built in 1973, the complex offers a variety of two to three bedroom units that are located on small cul-de-sac streets.  This is a popular neighborhood with nice open floors plans that combine the kitchen with the living room space.  Since these condos were built many have gone through many renovations as owners have added recessed lighting in the kitchen, update the large fireplace in the living & master bedroom with stone or marble and replace the sliding glass doors that go out to the small backyard area.

Eichler homes are very much in demand and are normally found in Orange County cities like Orange where entire blocks of streets are predominately Eichler homes.  Huntington Beach does not have any such neighborhoods but does have homes that have been inspired by this Mid-Century style home.  A new listing has come up in the Sol Vista neighborhood that was built in the Eichler style and offers floor to ceiling windows that is a unique trait of this style.  In addition, the home has an open floorpan with high vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light coming in to the property.

Seabridge Villas is a very large condo commmunity located off Beach Blvd and just blocks to the beach in Huntington Beach, California.  Over the last several years we have seen the number of bank owned and foreclosure homes go dramatically down in the Huntington Beach area.  These distressed properties due come on the market from time to time so we are excited to learn about a new real estate owned property that came on the market in the Seabridge Villas neighborhood.

The Huntington Beach South Shores neighborhood is a quiet area filled with single family homes located off Brookhurst street and the 405 Freeway.  This is a great area for those looking for a single level home with great curb appeal.  The majority of these homes were built in the early 1960's between 1962-1964.  Normally you will find three to four bedrooms with homes typically under 1,500 square feet.  In essence, these are classic beach homes located halfway between the 405 freeway and the beach which are commonly found here in Huntington Beach.

Ocean Breeze is a small condo building located directly across the street from the sand and is home to 42 luxury condos.  Situated at 1400 Pacific Coast Hwy and located just north of the Huntington Beach Pier and downtown area.  A new two bedroom ocean view condo has just come on the market in this complex and offers an open and inviting floor plan even though it only has a total of 1,083 square feet of living space.  The condo features nice crown molding, recessed lighting, stone flooring with upgraded kitchens and baths.  A nice outdoor patio area overlooks the community pool which is located in the middle of the community.  One of the best features of this complex is the subterranean parking that is available to residents with 2 assigned parking spots

One of the new communities in the Huntington Beach area to hit the market since the year 2000 is the Beachside community.  This gated community is well known for their beach close homes built in the Cape Cod Style.  Originally built in 2002, the homes are actually classified as residential condos even though they have the look and feel of a traditional detached single family dwelling.  For those familiar with the Huntington Beach area the homes are located near Beach Blvd and Atlanta Ave which is just south of the Huntington Beach Pier.  From this area it's about a half mile to the beach and the downtown Huntington Beach area.

The homes are two story and offer main entertainment living quarters downstairs with the bedrooms located on the upper level.

The Surfcrest community is a direct ocean view community located one block to the beach in Huntington Beach, California.  A total of 115 condos are located here with the complex built like a mini-resort with condos surrounding the central community pool area.  This is a gated community that was built in 1997 and can offer direct ocean view condos with no buildings located between the Surfcrest community the the Pacific Ocean.  Situated just east of Pacific Coast Highway, the community is located in one of the best school districts with Seacliff Elemantary, Dwyer Junior High and Huntington Beach High School.

Farquhar Park is located in the Old Town area of Downtown Huntington Beach.  This is a great area to find older homes that are often built in the Spanish architectural style.  The park itself is located next to "Lake Park" which makes this area a wide open space filled with mature landscaping and plenty of open land to explore.  For those familiar with Huntington Beach the location is just north of Main Street that heads down to the Huntington Beach Pier area.  The homes are just north of the Pier and normally found between 10th and 14th street in Huntington Beach.

The Bayport community is a gated neighborhood that is home to some of the finest water front condos on the market in Huntington Beach, California.  These condos rarely come on the market and are located in the "Surfside" community in Huntington Beach.  This is a small collection of 45 luxury condos will select properties located on the water front facing the Huntington Harbour and situated next to Peter's Landing, a local gathering place filled with restaurants and the weekly farmer's market on Saturday's.
