Summer Lane is located in the Ashbury neighborhood in Huntington Beach and is a master planned community that was built in 2001. This is situated in the Northwest section of Huntington Beach near the Medowlark Golf Course. The community itself is very large and home to over 300 properties. This a nice and quiet community that's located within walking distance to local shopping and restaurants and approximately 1.5 miles from the beach.
