The Seaglass neighborhoods is one of the newest additions to the Brightwater community in Huntington Beach.  The community has released several brand new construction homes for sale that currently range from $1,697,000 to $2,158,600 and start from 3,472 square feet of living space.  The Seglass location is really ideal as it sits on the southern most tip of the Brightwater community with select homes offering views of the Bolsca Chica Westlands and the Pacific Ocean.

The Seawind Cove gated community is one of the more popular condo buildings in Huntington Beach, California for several reasons.  First, these two to three bedrooms condos are some of the lowest priced condos in the South Huntington Beach area and currently range from $479,000 to $525,000.  These prices in the last year have been very consistent and ranging from $440,000 for a two bedroom condo to $495,000 for a three bedroom unit.  Second, many love living here for it's secure gated entrance.  Third, many of the units have two story high ceilings with nice fireplaces and attached garages.

The Upper Seacliff community is a beach close neighborhood situated in the Huntington Seacliff area.  The Huntington Seacliff neighborhood is split into two sections which are commonly known as the Upper Seacliff and Lower Seacliff community.  The Lower Seacliff neighborhood is the closest to the Pacific Ocean with just a couple block radius to the beach.  The homes border the south side of the Seacliff Country Club golf course and located north of Palm Avenue in Huntington Beach.

The Ocean Colony gated community is located near the beach in Huntington Beach and is considered one of the most sought after neighborhoods.  The History of this community is very interesting and dates back to the late 1990's when some of the first homes were built.  The goal was to build large estate homes that average just under 4,000 square feet located right next to the beach.  The community was a large success with resale homes coming on the market well over the one million dollar price point.  The location is a close to the beach as you will find in Huntington Beach with an approximate 300 steps away with select properties offering wonderful ocean views.

The Fernhill subdivision in Huntington Beach is a small community of just 120 townhouses.  The location is near the beach off Warner ave that leads to the Pacific Ocean just south of the Huntington Harbour area.  These are attached single family residences that offers spacious rooms, exterior decks and attached 2 car garages.  The community is small but very nice and offers a solar heated pool, tennis courts and a nice clubhouse area.  Real Estate prices for the Fernhill community ranges between $529,000 to $579,000 for a two to three bedroom home.

The Azurene is an upscale community in the Brightwater neighborhood that offers upscale homes with views of the Pacific Ocean.  The Azurene neighborhood is one of the most expensive neighborhoods with home prices well above the $2 million dollar price point.  A new listing just came on the market two days ago in Azurene that featured five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,580 square feet of living space which is listed for $3,347,900.  The home was only on the market for 2 short days when it accepted an offer and it's currently in pending status.

The Boardwalk is one of the newest communities in the Seacliff Country Club area with a nice mixture of residential homes and condos.  This is an exclusive 24 hour guard gated community that is located one block to the beach in the Seacliff area.  Some of the top neighborhoods like Shoreline and Mystic Pointe can all be found within the Boardwalk gates.  Here is quick guide to these neighborhoods found in the Boardwalk.

The Shoreline neighborhood is a residential neighborhood with single family homes built after 2001.  These are upscale homes that often sell in the $1.5 million range and offer an average 3,500 square feet in the properties.  The open floor plans combine the kitchen area with the main living room and often include a main floor bedroom.

Vista Catalina condos offer a very unique location situated directly across the street from the sandy beach in Huntington Beach, California.  The complex itself was originally built in 1989 with the idea of building beach close townhouses that offer a variety of two to three bedroom floor plans with outdoor decks and spacious rooms.  In any given year only three to four units come up for sale and normally are price in the high $600,000 to low $700,000 range.  It's all about location with an easy 50 steps to the beach and just a short distance to the Huntington Beach Pier which is located just south of this complex.

The Windward Cove tract is a senior community for those older than 55 years old in Huntington Beach, California.  Huntington Beach offers several 55+ communities which also include the Huntington Landmark neighborhood.  What makes the the Windward Cove community unique is a great location that's ideally located half way between the 405 freeway and the beach.  This is a very small community of one and two bedroom condos that often range in the low $200,000 price point.  The large majority of these are one bedroom units that offer private patios and an open floor plan.  The interiors are also very nice with huge walk-in closets, lots of storage areas and vaulted ceilings.  The neighborhood is located adjacent to the Terry Park area with mature landscaping

Seacliff has many great neighborhoods within the guard gated entrance.  Last week we talked about the Peninsula neighborhood and this week we are featuring the Bel Air community.  The Bel Air neighborhood is one of the newest communities in the Seacliff area with Mediterranean style homes that were built in the 2004 to 2005 era and offer many great two story floor plans that have modern amenities and luxury finishes.  The floor plans range from three to four bedroom models that offers over 2,500 square feet of living space with large living rooms with fireplace, bonus loft areas and gourmet kitchens with granite counters that can be found in select homes.

The Seacliff Peninsula gated community is a premier neighborhood that is surrounded by the Seacliff golf course in Huntington Beach, California.  This is a beautiful neighborhood filled with large luxury homes that were built approximately 17 years ago in the Spanish architectural style.  Seacliff is one of the premier golfing neighborhoods that is completely gated and home to many high end community.  The Peninsula homes are located directly in the middle of the golf course with putting greens on both sides of the neighborhood.  Select homes will face the golf course and have spectacular views.

The Townsquare Condos are located at 415 Townsquare in Huntington Beach, California. This is a prime area of the downtown area in Huntington Beach with an easy bike ride to the Huntington Beach Pier and the beach. This is a very small gated complex of one and two bedroom units a nice community pool, spa, sauna and shower area. The location is really ideal for those who want to live in the heart of the city with many great restaurants and retail shops. Many of the units will offer vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and elevators that have access to all floors.

Real Estate prices currently run between $450,000 to $550,000 for a one bedroom one bath condo that offers 1,038 square feet of living space. Two bedrooms units normally start at $550,000 and up.

The Villa Milano condo complex is situated in the western Huntington Beach area and directly on Warner Street which leads directly down to the beach.  This is a large condo building with two and three bedroom units that were built in 1993.  The larger floor plans can offer up to nearly 2,000 square feet and feature a formal living and dining room with balconies located off the Master suite.  The units are very nice with 9 foot ceilings, interior washer/dryer and elevator access to the parking garage.

The Promenade at Seagate is a wonderful small gated community located in the West Huntington Beach area.  This is one of the neighborhoods that is included in the Huntington Beach affordable housing program.  The program is based on the income and the number of people who are living in the home.  For example, a single person living in the home could not make more than $73,250.00 to qualify for this program.  Likewise, a party of three would have a limit at $94,200.00 and a household of 5 people would have a maximum salary intake of $113,080.00.  There are also other qualifying factors so we encourage you to contact us for the exact qualifications.

Ocean Pointe is a very nice community in the downtown Huntington Beach area.  These two story homes are ideally located approximately 4 blocks to the beach and a short bike ride to the downtown area.  These are multi-level properties with formal living and dining rooms with gourmet kitchens.  There are nice exterior patios, open floor plans that combine living spaces with the kitchen as well as a custom fireplace in the living room.  The front patio is often located off the living room while many units offer a nice roof top deck area that overlooks the city.

The Harbour Pacific is a nice gated community that ideally ideal located near Sunset Beach and just blocks to the sandy beach.  This is a great condo building that still offers real estate prices in the mid $250,000 range.  Units in this lower price point are one bedroom condos that average under 500 square feet and can offer vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring and lots of storage areas.  The location is approximately one block to the Huntington Harbor area and two blocks to the sandy beach.  Many of the upstairs units offers outdoor balconies and a cozy fireplace in the living room.

The Capewoods condo complex is centrally located in the Huntington Beach city and offers nice residential condos for sale in the $300,000 to $400,000 range.  The neighborhood is situated near the Huntington Beach Central Park area as well as Lake Huntington.  This is a nice condo complex that is two levels high with street level parking garages.  Built as luxury townhouses, many of the units come with upgraded kitchens and baths, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning and great views of the hills and valley.  The association offers nice community pool. spa and clubhouse. that is centrally located in the neighborhood.

The Downtown Huntington Beach area offers many ocean view homes that are typically found north of the Huntington Beach Pier area.  The downtown area is considered by some to be the most desirable part of town that is near the major retail shops and restaurants.  The Huntington Beach Pier is the beginning point of the downtown area and continues over 20 blocks inland.  Since the area is primarily on flat land, the majority of ocean view properties are found directly on Pacific Coast Highway which is the closest street to the ocean as well as one to two streets back.
