One of the best places to find affordable rental prices is at the Shore Crest complex in Huntington Beach. We did a quick search to see what rental values have looked like in the past year and for the most part many of these rentals are listed below $2,000 a month which is an excellent value if you want to live by the beach. Looking at previous listings in Shore Crest there have been leases for either one or two bedroom units. Real Estate agents see a lot of the same homes come on the market with many of the homes that have come on the market several times. What we love to see are homes that rarely come on the market. A lot of times these homes have never been on the market for a period of 20, 30 and 40 more years and are typically family owned for a period of generations. We did a quick search and found many homes that had never been on the market before. One of the common requests we get from our clients is finding a home that comes with inside laundry. Of course, for larger homes this a pretty much a common thing to have as many luxury homes even come with their own individual laundry room. For smaller homes and condos this is a common question as laundry areas can be located in the garage and for residential condos you may find the laundry in the community laundry facility. One of the more popular places to rent a home in the Huntington Beach area is the Seaside Village community. What makes this neighborhood unique is that it's located in a secure gated community with small lagoon style waters that resides just outside the homes making it feel like a true water front location. The community itself is relatively small so there are typically not a lot of rental properties on the market at any given time. There is a wide variety to residential condos available for sale in Huntington Beach from the very low end to luxury ocean front units. One of the common requests that we get from our clients is being able to find an end unit in order to maximize view and to only have one neighbor with the attached adjoining wall. One of the things I love about finding an end unit is the amount of light that comes into the condo. The end wall is typically filled with lots of windows where there normally would be a wall. There are certain neighborhoods throughout the country that have a commonly referred name that residents who live there go by. There is a community In Newport Beach that is perfect example of this. The community name is Harbor View Homes but anyone who lives there would not refer to this community in that fashion but rather call it Port Street homes. We get a lot of requests from clients looking for an ocean view home in the Huntington Beach area. For the most part there are very few communities that offer an ocean view with the exception of neighborhoods like Pacific Shores, Brightwater and the homes that line Pacific Coast Highway. Located near the intersection of Garfield Avenue and Beach Blvd is a small collection of townhouses that were built in the year 2000.
