Real Estate agents see a lot of the same homes come on the market with many of the homes that have come on the market several times. What we love to see are homes that rarely come on the market. A lot of times these homes have never been on the market for a period of 20, 30 and 40 more years and are typically family owned for a period of generations. We did a quick search and found many homes that had never been on the market before. These range from penthouse condos like Harbor Bay Club that offer water and sunset views to single family homes in popular neighborhoods like Bolsa Landmark, Goldenwest Estates, Lake Park and Brightwater communities.
The Huntington Beach Real Estate market in 2021 is very active so make sure you have everything ready to go if you are looking to buy now as many homes are not staying on the market that long. Buyers that will need the assistance of a mortgage loan should talk with a lender now and get a pre-qualificaiton letter to know exactly how much they will be able to finance. The large majority of owners will require this when you submit an offer to them. If you are a cash buyer then have a proof of funds statement ready to submit with your offer.
