Arguably considered one of the best neighborhoods in Huntington Beach is the Huntington Harbour area. Some of the key places to look for rentals include the five man made islands like Humbolt Island, Trinidad Island and Admiralty Island that offers very large luxury homes with stunning views. Some of the best values for townhouses located in the Huntington Harbour area is the Seagate community which currently has a water front home listed at $4,400 a month. For those looking for condos located directly on the water should consider the Weatherly Bay community which offers some really nice townhomes that can come with their own private boat dock for those who own a boat or yacht. More affordable options can be found in communities like Sea Harbour that currently offers rentals in the $2,500 a month price range. The cheapest option would be the Huntington Pacific complex which currently offers a one bedroom rental for $2,000 per month.
