Gables is a great condo community in the West part of Huntington Beach that offers affordable condos prices with a location just minutes to the Huntington bay front and the Pacific Ocean.  One thing to keep in mind when buying in the Gables is that some properties are under a land lease which can average over $680.00 a month and can be paid on a quarterly or yearly basis.  This is one reason why real estate prices in the Gables are so low as the land lease is set to expire in 2059.  Many of the properties are not FHA or VA approved so check with the listing agent of any specific property for eligibility.  The Gables community is gated and has a nice association clubhouse, swimming pool, spa and barbecue area.  It's a short distance to the Bolsa Chica wetlands and the Huntington Harbour area.  Please call us at 949-482-1313 with any questions regarding these condos.
