The Huntington Harbor is filled with many water front residences offer various views of neighboring islands and water views. When looking for a residence that sits on the water front one of the most desirable locations is to find a home that has multi channel views. The Huntington Harbor is made up of different channels that a boat can navigate through that eventually heads out to the Pacific Ocean. Some of these channels can be very narrow as they connect with boat docks for many home and condo residents in the Harbour. When these different channels intersect with each other you got a very large and open views of the Harbor (see picture below).
Some consider this to be the most desirable and the easiest to navigate if you have a large boat or yacht. When three channels intersect with each other you get a tri-channel view which can be found in many different islands in the Huntington Harbour. Davenport Island is one such island where homes located at the top of "Bolero Lane" have such views. Home prices for water front residences currently start at $2,450,000 with interior non-view homes on the island start just under $1.2 million. Not all homes on the island will have water views and the most spectacular tri-channel views can be found on this small island in Huntington Beach. The homes on the water look over to the Coral Cay and Humbolt Island communities.
