The Waterfront gated community offers one of the closest beach locations in all of Huntington Beach. Situated directly behind the oceanfront Hyatt Regency hotel is a newer community called "The Waterfront." This is a large parcel of land that was developed into two neighborhoods that have access to a central community pool, spa and clubhouse.
