One of the favorite places to find a rental property near the water is the Sea Harbour community. If you have ever been to the Huntington Harbour area of Huntington Beach you will fall in love with the beautiful homes among the blue waters of the bay. The Sea Harbour community offers a prime location next to the water with select units in this building offer their own private boat docks. Most of the units located are longer term leases that typically start with a 12 month lease then go month-to-month after that unless another lease extension is signed at that point. Rental prices for the most part have remained consistent and one of the best deals when you consider living next to the beach and just minutes to the beach.
There are currently 3 rental properties on the market right now that range from $3,900 to $4,500 a month. The most affordable option at $3,900 is a one bedroom condo that features an approximate 900 square feet of living space located on two levels of living space. They are looking for a 12 month lease with the landlord open to a pet. The most expensive option at $4,500 a month offers water views from inside the unit with your own private boat dock as well. This is an increase in price as a lot of rentals in this community have leased up to $3,900 a month but with the recent increase in rent prices throughout the country it's no surprising to see rents in the mid $4,500 a month range now. Inventory is still relatively tight right now and trying to find a property with it's own boat dock is even more of a challenge.
