We have personally represented clients in this gated community and know our clients have absolutely loved living here.  The location is remote and private with soothing water views.  Those facing the water also have great nightly sunset views as well, an added bonus for living this close to the ocean.  Homeowners dues do run around $524 a month which includes the gated community as well as the association pool.  The association also pays for your trash which is included in the homeowners dues.  For those with boats you will be happy that many of the condos come with boat slips that vary in size.  Make sure to check with the seller's agent for exact size and dimensions.  Make sure not to confuse these condos with the Portofino Patio Homes that are located next doors.  These are a collection of 17 patio single family homes that sit on the water and typically sell in the multi-million dollar range.  Comparable condos to Portofino Cove would be the Seagate condo community.  These condos are also located in a gated community and sit directly on that water as well.
