First, The Pacific Ranch Townhomes were built in the mid 1980's between 1984 to 1990. These are three story townhouses that come with attached two car garages and located near the south gated entrance and the community pool and clubhouse area. The first level of these townhouses will typically contain one bedroom and bath as well as the garage entrance and laundry room. The second level of the home is the main entertainment area with a living room, dining room, powder room and outdoor patio areas. The third level is where the bedrooms can be found including a large master suite, walk-in closet and relaxing master bath. Real Estate prices for these townhouses will normally be in the mid $650,000 range for a two bedroom unit while three and four bedroom units can be priced as high as $795,000.
The Pacific Ranch Villas are located north of these townhouses while still being located within the guard gates.
