Huntington Harbour Condos For Sale

Huntington Harbour condos are a great way to enjoy living next to the water without the high maintenance costs associated with owning a waterfront home. Condos offer a true lock and go lifestyle with many association amenities that come with living in a condo community. The Huntington Harbour is the main place to find condos located on the water with many different complex's to choose from. Here is our quick guide to what is currently available for sale.
1) Broadmoor - These gated community condos are located on the beach side of the Harbour which is ideal as you can quickly walk to the beach and still enjoy water views of the bay. This is a guard gated complex with access only allowed for residents who live in this complex. The community offers 3 tennis courts, pool and spa area. Prices start at $559,900 for a non view condo with one view property at $1,195,000 which features 3 bedrooms on the top penthouse level. The condos do come with assigned parking space with association dues of $395,000 a month.
2) Portofino Cove - One of my favorite buildings in the bay is located just on the other side of the bay from the Broadmoor condos. These condos are situated in a high-rise style building with wonderful water views. These condos are much more affordable when comparing to the Broadmoor with view units starting for sale at $599,000 for a one bedroom, and $695,000 to $895,000 for a 2 bedroom view unit. The complex is built like a resort hotel with a large community pool and spa area and plenty of room to entertain friends at the barbecue area. You do have two association dues here and total $369.00 + $115.00 a month which does include water, trash, sewer and insurance on the building. Parking is never a problem here with a huge parking lot located next to this building.
3) Bay Club - These condos are located at the very opposite end of the Harbour from the Broadmoor and Portofino Cove complex's. The Bay Club is a smaller intimate building with a total of 36 units. The condos offer views of the bay and Davenport Island and like the Broadmoor complex you are located on the beach side of the bay with quick and easy access to the beach. The community does have some nice amenities like subterranean parking, a nice clubhouse with a pool and spa. Association dues are $505.00 and paid monthly. Currently, one water view condo for sale and listed at $769,000.
4) Weatherly Bay - This community is located next to the Bay Club and features 96 units in this complex. Not all condos will have views here but still offer the beach side location off the bay. The complex also has plenty of parking with a very large pool and relaxation area. This is a small strip of the bay so you will have nice water views but not as expansive as other condo buildings in Huntington Beach. The condos were built in the mid 1960's and have water front condos starting at $750,000. One of the neat things about this complex is that many condos come with boat slips. This is ideal if you have a boat and need a place to park it. Dues average $350.00 a month.
5) Sea Harbour - Located just around the corner from the Weatherly Bay community is the Sea Harbour complex. Just like the Broadmoor complex you are located on the beach side of the bay. These are town home style condos located on 2 levels. Similar to the Weatherly Bay complex, many of the units come with boat slips. The community has many association amenities which include two community pools and tennis courts. This is medium size complex with a total of 173 units. The association dues do include your water, trash, insurance and even basic Cable TV into the monthly dues which average $357.00 a month. Waterfront condos currently start at $579,900 for a one bedroom unit.
