The Boardwalk is one of the newest communities in the Seacliff Country Club area with a nice mixture of residential homes and condos.  This is an exclusive 24 hour guard gated community that is located one block to the beach in the Seacliff area.  Some of the top neighborhoods like Shoreline and Mystic Pointe can all be found within the Boardwalk gates.  Here is quick guide to these neighborhoods found in the Boardwalk.

Seacliff has many great neighborhoods within the guard gated entrance.  Last week we talked about the Peninsula neighborhood and this week we are featuring the Bel Air community.  The Bel Air neighborhood is one of the newest communities in the Seacliff area with Mediterranean style homes that were built in the 2004 to 2005 era and offer many great two story floor plans that have modern amenities and luxury finishes.  The floor plans range from three to four bedroom models that offers over 2,500 square feet of living space with large living rooms with fireplace, bonus loft areas and gourmet kitchens with granite counters that can be found in select homes.

We get a lot of phone calls for clients looking for senior communities here in Orange County, California.  One of the most popular senior communities in the north Orange County area is the Huntington Landmark Senior community.  The community has a lot to offer to it's residents with many neighborhood amenities and events.  Overall, these condos are very well priced compared to other real estate in the Huntington Beach area.  The community is a 24 hour gated neighborhood that features one to three bedroom condos.  The condos will average in size from 785 to 1287 square feet with a large majority of the condos for sale being one to two bedroom units.

Seacliff is one of my favorite communities in Huntington Beach for it's well manicured grounds and secure gated entrance as pictured below.  The community itself is not located right next to the beach but homes in this area still can have nice ocean views from the upper levels of the homes.  These are great multi-level homes that offer garage access on the ground level with living and bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd levels.  One of the best parts about these homes is that your front door opens to a nice grassy area with no site of your garage.  It makes a nice clean look and a beautiful place to look out your front doors and windows.
