Huntington Beach Duplex Properties

Huntington Beach is mainly known for it's single family home and condo communities located within close proximity to the beach.  Many of these homes were built in the 1950's when Huntington Beach had it's biggest real estate boom.  Real Estate investors over the years have invested in these starter single family homes that even today can be bought in the mid $500,000 range.  For those looking to convert more income from their properties then duplex properties may be a good solution in Huntington Beach.  First of all, there are not a lot of duplex properties to be found in the city of Huntington Beach so inventory is always notoriously low.  Many prefer duplex properties with the ability to live in one side of duplex while renting out the other side.  This is a common practice by the beach and makes a lot of financial sense in getting assistance in paying your monthly mortgage.
