Harboring Villas is located at 1900 Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach, California and is located directly across the street from the sandy beach in the downtown Huntington Beach area.  Situated just north of the Huntington Beach Pier and south of the Seacliff golf course community are the condos at Harboring Villas.  There are a total of 26 units in this building that can offer wonderful ocean and white water views.  The condos rarely come on the market and normally start in the low $500,000 range for a one bedroom, one bath unit.

Harbor Heights is a great town home community located just blocks to the Huntington Harbour and the sandy beach in the Northeast section of Huntington Beach, California.  These are moderate priced units that are often priced in the low $300,000 range.  One of the unique selling points about the condos located here is that they come in a variety of stories with one and two story units available.  The town homes were built in the early 1970's and offer surpringsly open floor plans with enclosed patios which is a huge selling point.
