Huntington Beach Condos Located On The Sand

Huntington Beach has only one place where you can find condos located directly on the sand.  That place is known as "Huntington Pacific" located in the downtown Pier area.  The condos originate back to 1967 when Huntington Beach was much different and a lot smaller.  Since then, all buildings and residential properties have been built on the non-ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway with Huntington Pacific being the true place where you can walk out of the condo building and be directly on the sand.

As you can expect this part of sandy beach by the Pier is a hot spot for tourists and beach goers and is one of the best places to watch volleyball players practice.  Condos prices are more affordable than what most people would expect as condos prices currently run in the low $400,000 range.  What's the catch?  Well, the one property that is currently for sale is only a studio apartment with 500 square feet of living space.  Also, homeowners association dues currently run $333 a month which is on par with most condo buildings in the area.  It's all about location and if you don't mind the smaller square footage then this may be the perfect vacation condo.  The building has a nice association pool for days when you don't feel like going into the ocean.  There are a total of 120 units in this building and inventory of condos for sale tends to be very low so act quick if this is the location you desire.
