It seems like everyone wants to live near the beach and that means finding a place on Pacific Coast Highway or better known as "PCH." The main concentration of condos located here are by the Huntington Beach Pier which is considered the downtown area. The area is filled with great shopping, restaurants and night life which is all within walking distance to several condo buildings located on PCH. The Huntington Pacific condo building is located at 711 Pacific Coast and is the only condo complex located directly on the sand. A lot of the condos will have direct ocean and Huntington Beach pier views and often priced under the $1 million dollar price point. It's also located right in the hub of things so it's an easy stroll to local restaurants and shopping. It's important to keep in mind that condos rarely come on the market for sale here and the condo sizes tend to be small but it's all about location, location, location.
The Pierhouse condos located at 1200 Pacific Coast is one of the most requested condo buildings in the downtown area. It's located directly across the street from the beach is a secure gated complex in the heart of the downtown area. Many of the condos located here will offer nice ocean views with covered patios and a located that's just steps to the Huntington Beach Pier. The complex provides a nice community pool, spa, barbecue, fitness center and assigned underground parking spaces.
Further down the street is the Ocean Breeze complex located at 1516 Pacific Coast. All of the condos here are at least two to three bedrooms and were built in 1989. These are very popular condos, especially if there is an ocean view with real estate prices ranging from the mid $600,000 to $800,000 range.
