As the real estate market starts to improve in Huntington Beach, California, more and more home buyers are making the decision to buy.  For those home buyers who live out of state, finding good communities to buy a home can be difficult to navigate.  Photos of homes can be deceiving, especially if you are not familiar with the neighborhoods here in Huntington Beach.  We always recommend that you work backwards when looking for a good community.  First, meet with a lender and find out how much you qualify for and the maximum price of a home you can afford.  Let's say you are a first time home buyer and can only afford up the $500,000.  Huntington Beach homes up to $500,000 tend to sell very quickly and can be found in many different areas throughout the city.  What we consider a good area may be a bad area to others so it may be best to use our google street view and aerial map to get a better feel of the neighborhood.  For those looking in higher price points you can't go wrong in buying in any of the new construction developments like Brightwater and Pacific Shores.  Homes located near the Huntington Harbour & the Seacliff golf community are also very nice and much sought after communities.  You may also may want to consider homes and condos near the Huntington Beach Pier for it's prime location and beach close proximity.  If you do have detailed questions about the neighborhood of any Huntington Beach home please don't hesitate to contact us.  We know the marketplace very well and will be more than happy to help you find the right community to buy your next home!
