Edwards Hill is a prime area in Huntington Beach near the Seacliff golf course and just several blocks to the beach. The area came to life in the later 1990's as large estate homes were built on over-sized lots. At the time these homes commanded a huge premium on price due to it's prime location. Home prices still continue to remain strong with home prices ranging from just under $1.5 million to $2.2 million.

One of the unique aspects of this community is that it is zoned as an equestrian trail.
