One of the newest communities in Huntington Beach has already started to see some re-sale properties come on the market for sale and for lease.  The Coastal Walk community is located near the cross streets of Warner Ave and Bolster Chica Street near the Huntington Harbour area of Huntington Beach.  When these were first built in 2015 there was a very limited number of townhouses that were built here.  The floor plans were very well perceived du to the open floor plan that combined the living room, kitchen and dining spaces.  The bedrooms are located on the upper floors with spacious master bedrooms with an upgraded master bath with combination jacuzzi tub and shower.  The homes incorporated a covered outdoor deck as well as a front patio at the front entrance of the home.

The community is all about the location with an easy drive to the Harbor area that is filled with beautiful water front homes located near the Pacific Ocean.  Expect to find real estate sales in the low $700,000 to high $800,000 range depending on the size of the home and number of upgrades.  There has been one sale in 2018 as 16877 Airport Circle #103 sold for $890,000 and offered four bedrooms, three and a quarter bath with 1,900 square feet.  There were also 4 sales in 2016 that ranged from $675,310 to $809,000.  Back in 2015 when they were first built several homes sold between $609,990 for a two bedroom unit to $735,646 for a three bedroom model.  Currently there is one home for sale at $890,000.  Unit #106 features four bedrooms with 1,972 square feet and has been on the market for 37 days.  Unit #105 is currently on "hold" status with a list price of $899,000.  It features four bedrooms, three baths with 1,893 square feet.  For additional information on both of these properties please contact our local Huntington Beach Real Estate agents at 949-482-1313.
